HOW TO USE

Recommended daily intake (Reserved for Adults):

• 1 measuring spoon per day (13g) preferably in the morning, diluted in a glass of water (200ml), at room temperature.

For better dissolution of the product, it is recommended to add the liquid at the end.

Shake vigorously and let it rest for a moment.
