Return Policy
If the customer wishes to return a product, it can be done within 15 days from the date of receipt.
The returned product must be accompanied by the purchase document. Medicines, elastic stockings, damaged products, or food products will not be accepted.
For exchanges of damaged or unwanted products, please contact us via phone at 232435680 (NATIONAL LANDLINE CALL) or email [email protected].
The employee will then ask you to pack the product as it was delivered and arrange a pickup date with you. The pickup will be carried out by CTT at the agreed address.
If a refund is required, after contacting the employee, you must send your bank account IBAN to the email above, and the transfer will be made afterwards.
Cancellation Policy
Order cancellation will be automatic after 3 days if payment has not been completed.
The order can also be canceled at the customer’s request if the product has not yet been shipped. Refunds will be made via the same method or as agreed.

Complaints should be submitted in writing using the proper form or sent to our address or email.

Sale of medicines is limited to the Viseu parishes indicated in the purchase option.
To process a medical prescription, you must scan or photograph it and upload it to the respective area on the site or enter the requested electronic prescription codes.
In the case of medicine purchases, the entire process is under the direct supervision of the pharmacist, and customers may contact [email protected] for any clarification.
Shipping Costs
For mainland Portugal, shipping is free for orders over €40 weighing less than 2kg.
For orders under €40, the cost is:

Payment Methods
At checkout, the customer may choose from:

- Cash on delivery: available only for pharmacy staff deliveries and must be in cash or via Multibanco.
All prices include VAT at the legal rate.

Product Delivery
Orders from our website are shipped via CTT Expresso. After payment, the shipment is made. For tracking, send an email requesting it.
Medicine deliveries are made by an authorized pharmacy staff member under pharmacist supervision, applicable only to Viseu urban parishes (São José, Coração de Jesus, Santa Maria, Orgens, Abraveses, Mundão, Rio de Loba, Ranhados, Repeses, São Salvador).
Delivery time is 24-48 hours after shipment, barring CTT delays.
