The delivery time will be between 24 to 48 hours (business days) after the order is shipped, except for any delays inherent to the postal service.

Home delivery will be made within 24 to 48 hours (business days), unless otherwise arranged with the customer.

Promotions are limited to existing stock, which must always be confirmed. To purchase products marked with the label "OFFER (X=Y)", it is necessary to select both the products to be paid and the free product, selecting "Y" products.

The sale of medications is limited to the parishes of Viseu mentioned in the purchase option.

To fill a medical prescription, you must scan or photograph it, uploading the image in the corresponding area of the website, or alternatively, enter the requested electronic prescription codes.

In the case of purchasing medications, the entire process will be under the direct supervision of the Pharmacy Professional. The customer can contact us at [email protected] for clarification of any doubts.

Orders placed on our website are shipped via CTT Expresso. After payment of the order, the shipment will be made. If you want to obtain the tracking number of your order, simply send an email requesting it.

For Mainland Portugal, shipping costs start at €1.50 and are free for purchases over €40.

Order processing is done from Monday to Friday. Deliveries made by the pharmacy staff to the customer's home or picked up at the pharmacy follow these schedules:

Orders placed before 3:00 PM will be delivered by 7:00 PM the next business day.*

Orders delivered by the postal service will be delivered within:

Mainland Portugal and Home Delivery - 7:00 PM

Islands - 1 to 4 business days

Europe - 2 to 7 business days

Brazil - up to 15 business days

Rest of the World - up to 15 business days

At the end of the purchase process on your online store, you will be asked to choose a payment method. Customers can choose one of the following options:

- Credit Card;

- Multibanco;

- Paypal;

- MBWAY;

- Bank Transfer: should be made to IBAN (PT50 0007 0000 0010 3872 3542 3) and the customer must send the payment proof to [email protected], indicating the order number in the email or on the proof, so that the order can be processed.*

- Cash on Delivery: this option is only available for orders delivered by the pharmacy staff and must be paid in cash or Multibanco.

All prices include VAT at the legal rate in force.

*The order is only processed after sending the payment proof, so the delivery time depends on this confirmation.

Cancellation

Order cancellation will be automatic after 3 days if payment has not been successfully processed.

It may also be canceled at the customer's request, provided the product has not yet been shipped. Refunds will be made via the same method or as agreed.

Returns

If the customer wishes to return a product, it may be done within a maximum of 15 days from the date of receipt.

The returned product must be accompanied by the purchase document, and medications, elastic stockings, damaged products, or food products will not be accepted.

Complaints must be made in writing using the appropriate form or sent to our address or email.
