INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

 • Take one stick directly in the mouth. Take after main meals and at night before bed.

 • Do not exceed the maximum dose of 4 sticks per day. Adults and children over 12 years old.

Do not use in case of pathologies or dysfunctions affecting the renal system, nor in children under 12 years old. Mild and transient adverse effects may occur, such as abdominal distension, abdominal pain, burping, flatulence, and/or constipation.
