Additionally, Vitamin C contributes to the normal formation of collagen (a tissue constituent protein), for the normal function of bones, teeth, cartilage, gums, skin, and blood vessels, and for the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

And Zinc contributes to maintaining normal skin, hair, and nails, and to normal cognitive function.

It is recommended to take 1 effervescent tablet per day, during or after one of the main meals.
Dissolve the effervescent tablet in a glass of water.
