Make sure the condom is rolled outwards, otherwise, it is inside out. Squeeze the protruding tip (the reservoir) to remove any air inside the condom. Still squeezing the reservoir, place the condom on the tip of the penis and with the other hand, unroll it. If the condom rolls up during intercourse, immediately unroll it again. If it comes off, a new one must be used. Right after ejaculation, while the penis is still erect, hold the condom at the base of the penis to remove it and discard it.
