Shake well to mix the contents.
Wrap the pack in a towel before applying it to the skin.
Apply to the affected area.

Do not apply to damaged skin and/or in patients with sensory impairment.
Do not apply to inflamed wounds.
Do not apply directly to the skin, nor to skin with bleeding wounds.
Keep out of reach of children.
If you have circulatory problems, consult your doctor before using the pack.
Discontinue use if the pack causes any discomfort.
If the pack is torn and the liquid comes into contact with eyes or skin, wash with water immediately.
