How to Use:

1. Slide foot through elastic part. Refer to diagram for left ankle (for right ankle, reverse support).

2. Wrap strap around the ankle as shown in images 2 and 3.

3. Secure velcro fastener on the wrap, adjusting the strap for desired comfort. Avoid fastening closures across the instep, as this may cause irritation when wearing shoes.

Treatment Instructions:

Fasten strap before washing. Hand wash with mild detergent in warm water (not hot). Rinse well and air dry.

DO NOT: machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, bleach, or use fabric softeners.
