2. Regulation of lipid and hepatic metabolism – choline contributes to normal fat metabolism and maintaining normal liver function.
3. Support for glycemic control – chromium contributes to maintaining normal blood glucose levels.

Berberine and artichoke extract enhance the supplement's effectiveness through their action on digestion and metabolism.

Directions for Use

The recommended dosage for Kilofit PIC (30 capsules) is to take 2 capsules per day. You can choose to take 1 capsule during each of the two main meals, or both capsules during a single main meal. The capsules should be ingested with at least one or two glasses of water.
