Thanks to its mechanism of action, Libramed, in association with a balanced diet, adequate fluid intake, and regular physical activity, is indicated for weight control in adults and children from 8 years of age.

HOW TO USE

► Adults and young people over 12 years old - 3 tablets before the two main meals
► Children between 8 and 12 years old - 2 tablets before the two main meals

Take the indicated dose with a glass of abundant water being careful to ingest one tablet at a time. Do not chew or break the tablet with your teeth. For those with swallowing difficulties, it is possible to dissolve the Libramed tablets in warm water or in unsweetened herbal teas, shaking until completely dissolved. The resulting drink should be ingested within a few minutes, before the gel forms.

For those with swallowing difficulties, direct ingestion of the tablets is not recommended; they should be dissolved beforehand. It is recommended to take the product at least two hours after taking medications to avoid possible interaction with their absorption. Do not take during pregnancy or breastfeeding. In individuals undergoing pharmacological treatment for diabetes or hyperlipidemia, it is advisable to consult a doctor to assess the need for a possible adjustment of medication dosages. Do not use if there is hypersensitivity or individual allergy to one or more components. Store at room temperature, away from heat sources and protected from light. Keep out of reach of children. The expiration date refers to the intact and properly stored product.

This product does not substitute for a varied diet. Follow a hypocaloric diet and engage in regular physical activity. If following a diet for prolonged periods, beyond three weeks, it is advisable to consult a doctor.

In cases where a proper diet and adequate physical activity are not sufficient to combat excess weight that puts the child's health at risk, it may be useful, under the guidance of a Pediatrician, to intervene with the support of a specific therapeutic product.
