How to use Prim BruxiCalm Sport Mouth Guard:

Fit the protector to the upper arch of teeth. To customize the splint: 1. Heat water to 70°C, 2. Immerse the splint in water for 12 seconds, 3. Place the splint in the mouth and close it without clenching the teeth, 4. Close the lips, breathe in air and suction for 1 minute, assisting in finger pressure, 5.
