RhinoDouche Salt XL is composed of a blend of salts with xylitol, recommended for: Nasal rhinitis/allergy; Sinusitis; Nasal congestion/excessive secretions; Asthma; Post-nasal drip cough; Endonasal post-surgery care; Nasal cleansing before using nasal sprays; Nasal mucosa inflammation.

Eliminates mucus, eases breathing, and reduces nasal congestion.
Each sachet produces 500 ml or 250 ml, respectively, of a buffered saline solution with an ion concentration (Cl, Na, K) similar to that present in the naso-sinusal mucosa. It is slightly alkaline due to its sodium bicarbonate content to promote mucus fluidification.

Rhinodouche Salt® contains xylitol, a natural, non-glycogenic sugar, very hygroscopic, with soothing and humidifying properties for the mucosa, making irrigation more pleasant. Xylitol is also anti-adhesive to bacteria and fungi, promoting their removal to the outside, enhancing the washing sweeping effect.
