Instructions for Use
1- Hold the bag by the top and shake the contents downwards; 2- Press vigorously with both hands to burst the internal water bag; 3- Lightly shake and place it on the affected area with the fabric bag; 4- Secure with an elastic bandage or cover with a towel.
