DermaPlast Active Reusable Hot/Cold Gel Bag is a reusable gel bag for cold/heat therapy.

Features:

Cold therapy: applying cold relieves pain locally and reduces swelling. It can be applied in cases of acute joint and muscle inflammation, blunt injuries, bruises, insect bites, and toothaches.Heat therapy: applying heat stimulates local blood circulation and has a relaxing effect. It can be used for muscle pain, back pain, and menstrual pain. Gel composition: water, propylene glycol, gelling agent, dye.

Directions for use:

Cold therapy: cool the bag for 2 hours in the freezer, up to -18°C. Heat therapy: Submerge in hot water (up to 80°C) for 2 minutes or heat for 55 seconds at 600 watts in the microwave. Never apply directly on the skin. Do not apply for more than 20 minutes; wait 30 minutes between applications. Do not apply on children under 3 years old, disabled individuals, sick people, or those sensitive to heat and cold.
