ThermaCare® Therapeutic Heat Wraps are designed for the relief of muscle and joint pain.

ThermaCare® is made of a soft and comfortable material wrap, with heat cells containing natural ingredients (iron, charcoal, salt, and water) that heat up when exposed to oxygen in the air.

When should I use ThermaCare®?

Instructions for using ThermaCare® for Lower Back and Hip Pain

1. Do not open the pouch if you are not going to use ThermaCare®. ThermaCare® may take up to 30 minutes to reach the desired therapeutic temperature.

2/3. Place the wrap on the area to be treated, with the darker side of the heat cells against the skin, and adjust the wrap by closing it in the front.
If you are 55 years or older, use ThermaCare® over a layer of clothing and not directly on the skin.

4. For maximum effectiveness, we recommend using ThermaCare® for 8 hours.
