ThermaCare® is a medical device for pain relief, composed of a soft and comfortable wrap with thermal cells containing natural ingredients (iron, charcoal, salt, and water) that heat up when in contact with the oxygen in the air. The ThermaCare® Heat Wrap provides relief for muscle and joint pain associated with: muscle fatigue and tension; overexertion, strains, and sprains; arthritis.

HOW TO USE

1. Do not open the pouch until you are ready to use ThermaCare®. ThermaCare® may take up to 30 minutes to reach the desired therapeutic temperature. 2. Place the wrap over the area to be treated, with the darker side of the thermal cells facing the skin, and adjust the wrap by securing it in the front.

If you are 55 years or older, use ThermaCare® over a layer of clothing and not directly on the skin. 3. For maximum effectiveness, we recommend using ThermaCare® for 8 hours.
