Optifibre® is 100% soluble fiber, partially hydrolyzed guar gum powder.
Partially hydrolyzed guar gum is a soluble fiber for the nutritional management of patients with functional disorders of the colon, particularly those related to reabsorption/excretion resulting from constipation.
It acts physiologically and progressively, a few days after its intake, and can be used indefinitely.
It does not alter the taste, texture, or odor. It can be mixed into any non-carbonated drink (water, coffee, juices...) or thicker preparations (yogurt, soup) hot or cold.

Store in a cool, dry place, and use within 8 weeks after opening.
